Extra calcium does the trick for me (yogurt at night). However, after reading various entries in this forum I plan to try tonic water (with quinine), Excederin and Magnesium. A daily multiple vitamin wouldn't hurt either to make sure you are up to snuff with iron and B12 -- RLS can be a leading indicator of deficiencies in these areas. Other than that, just fake it at work until these things kick in, ha ha. Caffine & alcohol are also supposed to be no-no's. Good luck!
