I have had sciatica-hip problems for years but about 9 years ago found a great chiropractor that does not I repeat not do a manual manipulation but uses the "activator" method....one visit and it's relieved...sometimes for a long time and sometimes not so long but it always works and the treatment is 20.00....well spent!
