my mother has sjorens but didn't know it until she had a bout with something we had never heard about called temporal artritis. she hasn't been diagnosed with sjorens but she has the same symptoms i have. we have just taken it for granted that this is something we have to deal with. kinda like a birth defect. it is really strange.
