Hi! I just read your letter and want to say that my son was also born with mild hypospadias 20 years ago. We had it repaired for also the same reason as you had mentioned and we have never been sorry we did. He is fine now and has no problems nor does he look any different then someone that didn't have this problem. He has told us he is glad that we made that decision to ahve it repaired when he was 2.
