Pat: I have just been discharged from the Army hospital here. The doctors here said that I have emphysema, I feel after I feel they have just given me a death sentece. But to your brother, Is he a VETERAN if he is than take hime down to the nearest Veterans Adminstration facilty, And see the disabled americam veterans counsler, sign therte power of attorny which is only good for VA affers, they will fight for him to get free medical care, and a none service connected disability. The way your saying in your email he can get 100% payed disabilty. Which i think is way over 1,500 a month. See I'm 100% combat vet, and told my cousin to go to the VA as he has other problems, and he was given the 100% non service connected disabilty, now they take care of all his pr0oblems. ss is a big ripoff if the clerks can they will screw you every time.
