Could someone tell me what the symptoms are, please? I am experiencing an intense aching in specifically one leg, but sometimes mildly in the other as well. I run 2.5 miles 3x per week, and I am finding it difficult to complete my runs because the pain is so intense. It is usually the worst right after I stop running, and subsides withing 20 minutes or so. Though I ran last night, and my leg is still feeling achy today. Feels like a much more intense version of the "growing pains" I used to get in my legs at night as a child. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
