i know what you are goin thru i have it as well and its a pain . metro gel did not work for me at all, right now i use differin and benzamycin cream and it helped alot but not a cure but it is alot better, today i go have my face checked out, to give relief i put a cold cloth on my face and it helps too. there are so many things ot avoid flares up but in life it in impossible to do all, hot drinks, stress, spices etc, it is in our daily life, there is a procedure that i heard of laser treatment i dont know much about it but im going to find out today. hopefully there is somethig new since the last time i spoke to him, there are 3 stages of rosacea and im doin eveything i can to take care of my face. email me if you like we can help each other out with this battle . take care.
