You would have to ask your obstetrician if over the counter vaginal creams will be harmful for the baby, I dont think so but you better check. I had yeast infections on and off for 3 years, diet, tea tree oil and such helped temp. Finally releif came from an indian female M.D. she said use 3 different over the counter yeast creams use them back to back, I was using them for about 17 days straight. My infections never returned. She said there are so many many strains of yeast. Hope this helps.
