I am an active female in my early twenties. Constipation is ruining my life. I have tried laxatives, Fiber cereal, fruit, veggies, water, exercise, and other fiber supplements. I have always had this problem, but it is becoming more severe as I age. I am afraid to see a doctor and I am becoming very concerned. Can anyone offer any type of advice that may help me solve or alleviate my problem? Or, does anyone have any advice regarding what it is like to see a doctor about constipation?
