I'm 32 and have been plagued with"bad" cramps since the age of 11. You need to see a doctor ASAP. There is a good possiblity you may have Endometriosis. Do you get cramps around when you ovulate? Is your period heavy? Unlike what some people may say Periods are not supoosed to be so painful that they make you stay at home or throw up etc....Get it checked out.
