I have had both eyes done. My surgeon implanted the inter-ocular lens. There is no pain..it takes very little time. I have had them for over 10 yrs now, and have no problem. My vision was improved greatly. I recommend the procedure. be sure you get a Dr. who has had success with this surgery. Ask around. good luck, dj
