Ditropan is not a medication for IC and usually does not work. You need to find another doctor. Email ICA and find someone where you live. Many urol. don't know much about IC. I know that sounds incredibal but it is true. I went to 4 that knew very little. I just read alot and ordered books to read about it. Too bad doctors don't take the time to do this. It is really horrible that they don't.
