I am glad to find that there are others like me out there. I have been up now for 8 days w/an average of 2-4 hours of sleep each night. My doctor office said that they would get back in touch w/me to see what they could do & for me to hang tight in the meantime. Well, that was Monday & it is now Saturday. How are you coping w/your days & dealing w/the lack of sleep. I am lucky in one respect & that is that i am a stay at home mom. But, if you have any experience w/an infant, you know that they aren't very patient or understanding in the way that we need them to be. I am beginning to have severe side affects from the lack of sleep. I have a hard time concentrating, I am always tired (that goes w/o saying). I am finding that i can't think of what to do next when working on the house or a project. It is like i just forget what i was doing or what the next step should be. I am looking for some help. Any, maybe a little guidance, support, or just a direction to go to. I am at a stand still. And of course, the functioning is not getting easier. I have looked up information on the net, but not sure what type of doctor i should seek for this problem. Any sort of advice would be greatly appreciated.
