Hi, I've had RLS most of my life and I am 55. About 10 years ago people told me to start taking vitamins to help miscellaneous health problems. I discovered that taking EXTRA calcium every day took away my RLS pain. (Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc) Also, I discovered that taking an Excedrin as soon as the leg pain starts - takes away the leg pain and allows you to get back to sleep. Walking around and sitting vs. laying down only relieves the pain while you are walking, as soon as you lay down again the pain starts up again. Calcium/Magnesium and Excedrin is the magic combination.
