hi rln, there is a few creams out that can get rid of tiny warts and help prevent more from comming, i have not tried it yet but i heard it works well. but, even though you can get rid of them at home, you should still go to the gyno regularly, you can develop CERVICAL CANCER and if it is caught early it can be treated and cured. i hope i helped you.
