I had combined cataract and glaucoma surgery in both eyes which helped my glaucoma but did not improve my vision. I visited another doctor who suggested a piggyback implant be put in my left eye giving me monovision with good distance vision in the corrected eye and not changing the right eye which had good near vision. I adapted very well and am happy I can now see well to both drive and read.
