I am also experiencing severe thoracic pain since 1/00. I have tried PT,steroid injections 3 to be exact, and several medication trials and nothing seems to help. It is very frustrating to say the least and I am at wits ends. My pain management doc now is suggesting injections in the intercostal area between the ribs...will let you know if this helps. In the meantime if you find anything that provides some relief, please let me know. Thanks
