I have the Same symptoms. I have a bad stomach ache gets worse when I eat. And my lower back hurts. They put me on Prilosec. And so far no results I have been up all night with stomach pains. I have seen several doctors and none of witch have ran any test let alone figured out what is causing mine. I go in next Monday to a new doctor am hoping she will run test and finally be able to put my mind at ease. The not knowing if it could be something major is the hardest.
