My son (19)has been experimenting with marijuana, and his Crohns has been in remission for almost a year (the longest he has ever gone) Is it possible that the "weed" is helping? Also, my nephew (8) has Aplastic Anemia, and his disease has been pretty much in remission also from the medication. He was recently placed in a foster home. Can a situation like this (stress) activate his anemia again?
