I heard that pregnancy is "increasing" any symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome if future mother not have sufficient amount of vitamin/minerals and fresh organic fruits/vegies. I suggest to take lots of relevant supplements and particularly vit.B (specially B6), folic acid, aminoacids and minerals. Take care for circulation (ginko biloba, etc). Try different tasks to do from that caused carpal tunnel. Use magnets to reduce pain. Use bandages, massage and splinters. Drink pure & good quality water avoiding coffe/tea.
