I had a severe rash problem when I went to Germany. My arms became raw, red and extremely irritated. I had seen several doctors and tried many medications. Some of the medicines smelled like tar, and some of the doctors prescribed cortisone. Still, it did not go away. It wasn't until I moved to Louisiana that I was able to be helped. They called it atopic dermatitas. Then, the doctor asked me to use Dove soap and get sun light. For lotion I was to use crisco shortening. Believe it or not, my rash went away. I don't know if it will work for you, but it sure helped me. Good luck.
