I have a 3-1/2 year old son with hydrocephalus. He has had several revisions and now has two shunts installed. Every time he get's sick my heart fills with panic knowing all the complications that can occur if we do not react quickly. Some think we over react, but only someone that undertands and has lived with this condition can truely understand.
