Thoracic outlet syndrome

I would suggest going to see a neuromuscular therapist (NMT). They are a specialized massage therapist and usually are highly trained in dealing with TOS cases. TOS is usually caused from compression of the brachial plexus which is a bundle of nerves that run kinda under your arm pit. The muscles are usually the cause of the compression. The therpy is usually extensive neck muscle work, along with chest, and upper arms. It can take awhile to fix but it is a lot better than surgery and also you are fixing the problem from where it starts, not just putting a tempory bandaid on it like with the rib removal. Check to see if your shoulders are rounded forward at all. This is one sign of compression. My advice is to check into a neuromuscular therapist in your area. If you don't know one or can't find one then contact me and I will see if I can help you. I have seen it work with a lot of people, so give it a try.
