My belly is terrible. I have the worst cramping from constipation. I wake up with them in the middle of the night, in the morning...I pass very little gas but get a bit of relief when I do. I get nauseous but the cramps just double me over. Nothing works unless I take a stool softener RX'd by my gastroenterologist. Please help me; have the worst belly cramps ever. They are in the mid to lower quadrant of my belly and need relief.
