My second daughter is milk and soy allergic... What I did to be able to continue to nurse was to eliminate all dairy and soy from my diet. (You'll only be concerned with the dairy.) This meant reading every label. Watch out, dairy can be hidden in some foods. Now, your child may not be as sensitive, which will be nice for you. But it's always good to know what you're eating!
