I, too, have been diagnosed with dysplasia. Yesterday i went and had a biopsy and colopscopy, which is a very strong microscope which shows abnormal cells. I advise that you see another dr. and get this done. Dysplasia can turn to cancer if left untreated. I haven't recieved the results yet but i am pretty worried. Usually, they will do laser surgery to get rid of the abnormal cells. Hope this helped!
