i have had whiplash for 9 months now, and i would like to speak to anyone who has had whiplash, or anyone who can talk about recovering in a sport scence. i competed in taekwondo before the car accident, and have gained about 10kgs. i am finding it very difficult to exercise, swimming isnt to bad, but i need to do some exercise on land or something to kick the weight i have gained. what sort of program should i have with out seriously hurting my back. i have minor compression in T5, i think is a result of the car accident. old Xrays show nothing wrong 10 months prior to accident. well email me or reply. i would be interested to hear from anyone.
