This article was very interesting. I was told to take Estrogen replacemnet therapy due to a total hysterectomy, 10 years ago. I did this ONLY to prevent heart disease. I have had Angina attacks and have had Thallium testing done and came back normal. I told the doc to write an RX out for Nitroglycerine as I have had on and off severe angina attacks. I think I will lessen my estrogen replacement....One heart doc (female) told me 8 years ago that I was taking tooooo much estrogen and needed to lower it. Never took her advice but then again she never explained WHY to me. I see my OB/GYN in a few weeks. We shall talk....
