I am trying to find out what the leep procedure is. I have been diagnosed with cervical dysplasia also and have already had the col/biopsy done and I am scheduled to have a procedure called cold conization done where the bottom of my cervix will be removed in order to remove all of my cancer cells. My dysplasia, unfortunately, is severe and I don't have an answer to your question but I am hoping you'll be able to tell me what the leep procedure is..
