Hi Carol, I have had crohns for over 35 years 3 magor operations, now I have beendiagnosed with sjogrens, I think it is something to do with yeast, because the immune system is not working properly, I live in Australia, and I hope I can get the salagen, for my terribley painful mouth. Also I use a lot of salt I wonder if that has anything to do with it, I will cut down. I have also heard that fish oil may help, I have started taking some now. I hope that I can find a support group here in Australia, I do not know what to expect next.
