You may have infected tonsils--if you see white patches at the back of your throat on each side. Have you tried the product Alkalol? You can use it as a nasal spray or nose drops which helps to clear out your sinuses. If your pharmacy doesn't have it on the shelf, they should be able to order it for you. It is OTC and not very expensive if used as nose drops or spray--a 16 oz. bottle is about $5.00. Would like to hear back if you try it and it helps.
