You say you have medication induced dystonia. Which med did you take to cause this and what are your symptoms. I took Wellbutrin for only 3.5 days in August of '98 and have had a real nightmare since, due to an initial dystonic reaction and ensuing dyskinesia. There's lots of info out there on the web concerning the dystonias/dyskinesias, and, yes, stress does seem to make it worse. Great, eh??? Stressed out from the dystonia, but try not to be stressed!
