FROM EVERY THING I'VE HEARD, IT'S PRETTY HARD DUE TO THE FACT IT'S IN SO MANT DIFFERENT PRODUCTS, BUT THAT IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO WATCH & LOWER INTAKE OF VITAMIN C & SHELLFISH. AND ALSO THE TANNIN IN TEA SLOWS THE ABSORBTION OF IRON
