I would really like to know what has helped you so much. I had a one level fusion 3 years ago. (only one level) and it has ruined my life. The doctor cut a nerve in my back and I have what is referred to as drop foot and I will never again walk barefoot without the fear of tripping over my own toes as long as I live, not to mention I still have chronic back pain, he was a butcher, and I couldn't even sue him (another story) I am ready to give up at times. Althoug I am trying to go to school in law, and am suppossed to begin a part time job this week. I would love to hear anything that you could offer that would be helpful as I am scared to death and have no one to talk to about it. Unless you are in a wheelchair or your pain is visable no one believes you. Please help me. Thanks, Jeanne
