Hi! I'm 28 yrs old and have just recentlystarted having some of the same symptoms as you. They are panic attacks. I am fortunate enough to have a therapist that i can call and she helps me through them. The first thing you should know is that you are not alone. The second thing is you are not crazy. The best thing you could do is find a good therapist to help you figure out what's behind your anxiety. In the mean time go to the library or book store and find out info on meditation techniques.
