Hi, I had a heel spur taken care of by a procedure called Radiofrequency and it was great. All gone in 15 min. I had back surgery 10yrs ago. All was well until the heel spur. I still have the sciatica on the left side. Might have to have surgery again, but am keeping it at bay with exercises for low back and Naprosyn, 1 in the am and a Tylenol Gel Cap at night, however, I know that I will have to do something in the near future. I am 52yrs on 4-13-01 and want to get on with my life, but try the Radiofrequency. I am glad I did.
