my son has had epilepsy since he was five years old, he also has mild cerebal palsy,,,he too has been on many types of medications for his type of seizures,,, grandmal and petimal,,, since finding a combination of tegretol and depakote,, with the mgs adjusted he has been relatively seizure free for almost eight years, they too seemed to grow milder as he aged,, he is now twenty five and doing fine,, i hope that whatever treatment you have it will only get better
