I too have hot flushing i also have eb-virus and fibromiligia, u mentened the air conditiner bothers u, do u get a burning , pitinching like feeling in your muscles, arms, legs, and face???????? I am on hormone replacement therepy, and i also use a over the counter herb, it seems to be helping, its called Estroven, its ten bucks at wall mart, give it a try it takes a few months to work. try it and let me no how u feel, good luck Sue
