I saw your note about the DVT, I am worried that your physican has not communicated with you. You need his consent for excerise. Are you taking coumadin or lovenox? Who ever is monitering your medication, IE a nurse should be able to provide this information to you, if not go back and see the physican and state your needs. Sometimes it is necessary to be assertive with your needs. You also have the right to tell the physican his lack of communication is hurting your recovery. If your have any questions let know.
