Nichole I am sorry to hear that you are so young and have FM and CfS. I also have FM and CFS. I am not your age but you can email me any time and ask me anything you have questions about regarding FMS and CFS, and I will try to answer them. I have had this horrible disease for about 15yrs and have read up alot on it and done a lot of research on the subject. There is a chat site called www.fibrohugs.com and you can meet a lot of people and make a lot of new friends there and also learn a lot about fibro and get a lot of questions answered there.
