Yes, I've heard of shingles in the ear. In fact in March of '93 I had it. I noticed that your message is posted 3/00. Have you found out any info about it? Do you still want to know symptoms? My sister ran across your message & forwarded it to me just yesterday. Will gladly respond further if you want me to. I've been on permanent disability since then, with a mild recurrence this last spring.
