Hello exhausted, headaches and dizzy, Ask your neurologist to do a spinal tap and check your opening pressure. Sounds like you have pseutumor cerebri which is too much cerebral fluid. Some drs. call this intercaranial hypertension. What hte Dr. is looking for when he looks into your eyes is swelling of the optic nerve which could lead to blindness. Some pseutumor patients don't have vision problems. I'm one of those people. It took me 1.5 years to get a diagnoses. There is information on the web. Have you recently gained weight? Good luck!!
