I also have a problem with watterery eyes. My eye doctor says my tear ducts are closed. They can open them with minor surgery, but he says as you get older your eyes dry out and if you can put up with it leave it alone. It is annoying to have wet eyes most of the time but he says it is better then having dry eyes.
