My Dr. is the best. He is a pulmo dr. and he listens to me. He suggests a lung transplant, but I am not committed to the idea just yet. Those of us with sarcoid need to more vocal with symtoms and what works for us. There is no set way to go. You have to pay attention to your body and to what works for you. Martha
