I too have I.C. It has been god awful! I understand that you hate to complain? It is very hard not to though. The pain isn't what most can handle. I find myself looking at others with much worst things wrong. I pray for just one day of no pain,however all i can expect is a few less aching days BUT AS far as drinking goes,It's everything! Even cough med. It took me a very long painful time to realize that drinking anything with acholoh killed me . My body would ache ,I was so very sick to my stomach. I have ended up in the E.R. room there is so much food,drinks sweets,etc. that you can't have because it is so painful. I have found that massage is very helpful plus light yoya works well.Iuse thosechair massage that heats up they cost $20.00 well worth every penny it makes it so your not so all over ach
