I know that I have some food allergies but I,m not sure of the full extent of them so I went to my General Practitioner who was unable to supply me with enough information of what to do now. I'm frightened that I may die because some products, especially beans, make me feel ill even if I only inhale when they are close. Which field of medicine should I search in. I have private medical insurance who have already confirmed that I am covered for testing to establish exactly what foods I am allergic to. I just cannot find someone who will test me. I live in Paisley, Scotland and am very concerned. Can anyone help me?
