hi. I am on social sec and ssi. Ittook me about two denials to get a hearing. I hired an attorney after the first denial and he handled it. I did not go to a hearing..they decided for me before that thim. It helps if you have emotional problems, depression , cfids, or some other problem in additon to fms. cfids is a recognized diagnoses and easier toget than fms.
