I have Sinus and just read on variou sites on here & verified them w/my Otolarygologist, that most sinus problems are a fungus & not remedied by antibiotics. he toldme to take ac up of water, add 1 tbsp or salt & boillit. Coolit to warm and use a rubber ear syringe or some such, and squirt up th enose several tiems a day. I also have a small plastic bottle of Sea Salt & sterile water, which I Use several tines a day. Of course, there is alwasy the old remedy of hot packs or a heat lamp.
