Hello: The problem of the Tinnitus is very hard to resolve. I suffer it since one year ago and I use several methods. For example I try to avoid the excesive noise and the silence. Meanwhile I take diazepam, do exercise in the mornings. I take medicines for improving the circulation in my inner ear (nootropel, trental etc.). When I sleep I turn on the radio in statics. I avoid to eat much salt, chocolate. It's no easy, but try not to dispair because it will be worse. I was told that to get the habituation lasts more tha 18 months and although sometimes I feel really bad, often I have a normal life and I'm better now that when the tinnitus began.
