Hi, well i will explain the problem, My father is really sick,He's in a nursing home. My mother died 10yrs ago so this is my only parent. I live out of town so don't get home much.He remarried. his wife now will not tell us when anything happens to him.I call to talk with him,the one time she keep telling me he was sleeping.then i called again and they let it slip he was in nursing home,I called them they told me he just got out of the hospital,had heart failure.I don't care about what he has. I just want to know what rights i have to know whats going on with him.I know his wife has the right first but has to be something for the offsprings,I don't want to get lawyers and fight but my brothers and I will do it if need. so if anyone can give me advice where i can research my rights. there is alot more to this then what i wrote about. so please anyone help me thank you for listen. here is my email couchpotato36@netscape.net thank you Dawn
